It’s not been the start to the 2019 season that either the Denver Men’s or Women’s Soccer season has wanted from a win-loss perspective. But that hasn’t stopped the teams from having high expectations as Summit League play sets to begin.

Denver Men’s Soccer has tallied just two results in non-conference play this season. But keeping in mind their high-caliber competition (3 Pac-12 teams, Notre Dame), head coach Jamie Franks knows his team has seen some of the best as they set to begin league play.

Colorado Corner spoke with coach Franks about the season thus far:

On the women’s side, they too have seen some top-notch competition. And they produced results early in the season. But a recent stretch of garnering just 1 point in 5 games, has the club looking for consistency before Summit League play begins.
